Batching Plant
The mobile drum concrete batching plant is a new type of equipment
specially designed by Zhengzhou Zhenheng for users who have short
construction periods, long construction lines, and frequently move
construction sites. Its batching system, weighing system, mixing
system, loading system, unloading system and fully automatic
control system are concentrated on a trailer unit, which can be
moved by trailer towing. It has the characteristics of compact
structure, flexible movement, easy disassembly and assembly, small
footprint, low investment risk, and high degree of automation. It
is suitable for mobile construction sites such as roads, bridges,
dams, and airports etc.

PLD1600 with 2-4 storage bins, water and additive weighing
system,control system etc.
Aggregate Bins has adopted electric weighing with sensor,the
batching aggregates can be automatically be applied for correction
and measure.

Batching Plant
a. Tires: Double tires, strong pressure bearing capacity, strong
stability, non-slip.
b. Support leg: Quick disassemble and assembly, stabilize machine
during work, protect tires, and extend service life.
c. Universal Steering wheel: can be dragged by a medium-sized
forklift directly, ensure the direction changing stably.
d. Storage hopper base: moved from the middle to the front
generating two advantages:
a). remaining space can be used for the generator, control cabinet,
water tank, tool box, etc.;
b). shorten the length of the feeding belt and the feeding time,
thereby shortening the single mixing cycle by 10s, and improving
the working efficiency.
