Productivity of QT6-15 block making machine

1. Force feeding system: The fork works rapidly during the concrete feeding box moves to up of mold box, and finally the evenly of material feeding and the consistency of the finished product's intensity are insured perfectly.

2. The whole process can be fulfilled with PLC smart intelligent control and dialogue system of human-machine interface, which is much easy to analyze the chance signal, fault diagnosis and parameters setting, ensuring the best operation effect of the machine.

3. This machine also enlarges the available area of the work table: the appliance of the advanced vibration technology makes more space of work table, and this also makes that the productivity increased greatly.

4. Particular vibration type: it is controlled by computer of the the pressure and flowing rate of hydraulic system; meanwhile, it can be vertical synchronize-vibration, frequency conversion and brake. In this case, it changes the over quantity of hydraulic oil into the vibrating activated force, so it can be basically eliminating the energy waste to save cost for customer.

5. Reasonable distribution of vibration: mold box fixed at the vibrating table by the cylinder of pulling and pushing mold, and also there is a special vibrator fitted on the pressure head position. The combine vibration of the work table and mold increases the vibrating speed which causes the concrete liquefy and exhaust quickly, and final product reaches the high density and high strength to suit different kinds of projects on site.

	Vibration system: Simultaneous platform vibrating works with mould pressing produce concrete block in high density efficiently and strength. Frequency motor makes the vibration platform high frequency and lower amplitude, so the platform vibration is more stable and less noise.
Hydraulic system: facilitated with imported hydraulic components and seal, high dynamic performance proportional valve, control oil quantity and pressure automatically. Water cooling system: ensure the oil temperature lower than 60°, extend the working time of hydraulic station with safety.
	High quality Mould: mould is made of manganese steel with high strength line cutting chronology adoption ensure the precision of mould shape Carburizing heat treatment and underwater welding enhance the strength of steel prolong the mould life.
