Q: Can you test our order before shipping?
A: Yes. All of our goods will test in factory before shipping to
customer.
Q: How long it takes to do all the installation
A: It's at most 5days processing and manufacturing for single
machine,for production line,at most 15days.
Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Yes. You can visit our factory at anytime you want.
Q: Can you put our logo on the machine?
A: Yes,it is available.LOGO and color are usually as per customer's
requirement.
Q: What’s the warranty time?
A: From the date of shipment, 1 year or 1500working hours,
whichever comes first.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: We accept T/T(30% down payment and balance before shipping) and
L/C mostly, but if you prefer other payment terms please contact us
for further information.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually, it is 7-10 workdays if the goods are in stock, or it is
15-20 working days if the goods are not in stock, it is according
to quantity.
Q: Can we paint our label on your product?
A: Of course. OEM and ODM are acceptable, please send us your logo
or brand, we’ll paint for you.
