High degree of automation
The control room uses the microcomputer control system to
automatically feed the material. The mixing station operator can
set the ratio and complete the rated mixing times. Customers can
also choose semi-automatic manual control to perform different
operations on each batch of concrete.
Quick disassembly
Except for the connecting equipment such as screw conveyor and
cement silo. All the wiring of the mixing station need not be
removed. Only 30tons of cranes need to be matched, and the shift
can be dismantled in one day.
Stir well
With a compulsory twin shaft concrete mixer, uniform mixing can be
achieved with the shortest mixing time.
Suitable for various concrete including plastic concrete, dry
concrete and so on. Assure accurate weighing by electronic scale
accumulated weighing or individual weighing for aggregate, and
scale hopper for cement, water and additive. Microcomputer control
assures simple and reliable operation. Key parts of the mixer adopt
special processed anti-wear material, also unique shaft end bearing
and seal style vastly prolong the mixer service life.
This mobile concrete batching plant has multiple functions and
requires small floor area, suitable for small and medium size
mobile construction projects such as water and electricity, roads,
ports, airports, bridges and so on.

A: From the date of shipment, 1 year or 1500working hours,

A: We accept T/T(30% down payment and balance before shipping) and
L/C mostly, but if you prefer other payment terms please contact us
for further information.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually, it is 7-10 workdays if the goods are in stock, or it is
15-20 working days if the goods are not in stock, it is according
to quantity.
Q: Can we paint our label on your product?
A: Of course. OEM and ODM are acceptable, please send us your logo
