YHZS100 mobile batching plant consist of JS2000 mixer, 10m³×2-4
batching machine, batching bins, belt conveyor, microcomputer
control room and so on. Co-operation to achieve high productivity.
The microcomputer control room is set at the end of the chassis and
is installed under the mixer. The whole process of feeding and
mixing material can be easily observed.

JS2000 concrete mixer
JS2000 concrete mixer mixing system consists of motor, pulley,
gearbox, stirring device, mixing drum and other components.
Concrete Batching Machine
10m³×2-4 concrete batching machine can effectively ensure the
accuracy of cement, sand, gravel, etc. And further improve the
accuracy of weighing by using the electronic weighing system.
Belt conveyor
The purpose of conveying material is realized by conveying dry
particles from top to bottom through air trough. Energy saving, no
noise, maintenance-free and accurate measurement.
Control system
The control system of mixing station is equipped with precise
batching machine equipment, which can control several independent
batching lines at the same time.
Bolted cement silo
Cement bins is a closed tank for storing bulk material, suitable
for storing grain, cement, flyash and other bulk materials. The
tank is equipped with a material level system, which can show the
location and amount of materials.
